Brief

Share a sample-book style, reference photos or a tech pack, plus target quantity and market.

02Pattern & fabric engineering

Specification

Resolve patterns, available knit fabric range: 160–320 gsm, construction, sizing, colour and shrinkage for the intended garment.

03Branding & finishing

Sample

Develop and review the sample, including measurements, workmanship, print, embroidery, labels and packaging.

04Production control

Bulk production

Confirm materials and the approved sample before scheduling, then monitor in-line sewing at the stages that matter.

05Final quality control

Inspection & delivery

Inspect finished garments, finish and pack the order for the agreed EXW or FOB delivery.
